Krispyhouse.com, a PropTech company aimed at digitising the UK’s rental market, has successfully secured £1.3 million in funding from a London-based family office. Founded by Anthony Kyriacou, Krispyhouse.com seeks to enhance communication between estate agents, tenants, and landlords through an app with WhatsApp-style messaging, voice, and video calls. With over 500 estate agents advertising on its platform, the company plans to leverage this investment to expand its presence across the UK and potentially increase its market share. The platform also provides renters with notifications of available properties based on their preferences. Kyriacou initially established a lettings and property management business in 2012 and subsequently launched Krispyhouse.com after three years of product development.
