The transaction follows the announcement in March 2024 that the necessary regulatory approvals from Russian authorities had been received. Danone, headquartered in Paris, sells products in over 120 markets and reported sales of €27.6 billion in 2023. The company’s portfolio includes well-known brands such as Actimel, Activia, and evian.
