Sterling Organization, a private equity real estate firm, has promoted Bob Dake to the position of Principal. Mr. Dake has been an important figure within the firm, notably serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Sterling’s retail real estate platform for the past three years. The portfolio he has managed includes approximately 12 million square feet of shopping centers across the U.S. Mr. Dake will now also retain his COO role while acting as Principal, joining the firm’s leadership team to guide strategic decisions. His promotion has been welcomed by his partners Brian Kosoy (Managing Partner and CEO), Adam Munder (Principal and CMO), and Jordan Fried (also a Principal). Each partner has expressed high confidence in Dake’s continued contributions to Sterling’s growth and success. Notably, Sterling’s national platform focuses on LAST HOUR consumer fulfillment and distribution real estate assets.
