Raketech has announced Johan Svensson as the company’s permanent CEO. Svensson, a co-founder of Raketech, had previously held the position of CEO until 2017 before serving as the chief commercial officer, with responsibilities including partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and business integrations. Svensson succeeds Oskar Mhlbach, who stepped down in January. Svensson’s appointment comes in the wake of Raketech’s Q1 financial results, which showed a significant rise in revenue by 20.1% to €19.0m. However, the company faced challenges with a decrease in adjusted EBITDA and net profit, as well as increased operating expenses and falling profit margins in some segments.
