Ben Ball, president and co-owner of Golden Valley Natural, expressed confidence in the partnership’s ability to further the legacy initiated by his father, Roger Ball, in 1968. This acquisition underscores Western Smokehouse Partners’ commitment to innovation and growth, as highlighted by their recent expansions, including the opening of new processing plants and previous acquisitions like Thrushwood Farms. The transaction follows Western Smokehouse’s recent acquisition by AUA Private Equity Partners LLC in March 2023.
