Autotorino S.p.A., an established Italian automotive dealer with operations across Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Mercedes-Benz headquarters located in Warsaw, Poland.
