BCS HR Software, a leading HR and payroll software specialist, has successfully acquired Belgian software company CVWarehouse. This acquisition is supported by Main Capital Partners, marking BCS’s second acquisition in Belgium and seventh since partnering with Main Capital in April 2022. CVWarehouse’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will complement BCS’s existing HR solutions, enhancing their product offering and expanding their international market presence. Both CEOs of BCS and CVWarehouse, Joep Eijkens and Inge Geerdens, emphasized the strategic fit and the combined benefits for their customers.
