Stonebridge Companies, a Denver-based privately-owned hotel management company, has acquired Real Hospitality Group (RHG), a leading hotel management company in Ocean City, Maryland. This acquisition enables Stonebridge to expand its third-party management platform significantly. Ben Seidel, Founder and CEO of RHG, will join Stonebridge as Principal and a member of its Board of Directors. The merged entity combines Stonebridge’s diverse portfolio with RHG’s operational expertise, creating a management powerhouse overseeing more than 160 properties and 24,000 rooms across 20 states. This strategic alignment aims to leverage shared resources and foster innovation, providing comprehensive support to hotel owners and scaling up operations nationwide. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
