Founded in 2012 and based in Haute-Sane, Groupe Vérali employs over 100 people and services transport and electricity network utilities, public authorities, and property managers in Eastern France. This strategic acquisition aims to bolster Cap Vert’s service offerings in urban sustainability, particularly in infrastructure pruning, and solidifies its presence in the region.
