Enviro-Safe, situated in Perrineville, New Jersey, specializes in commercial pest control services. Through this transaction, PestCo aims to expand its footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region by integrating Enviro-Safe’s specialized pest control services into its national portfolio. The financial terms of the transaction, however, were not publicly disclosed. This acquisition highlights PestCo’s strategic intent to grow and consolidate its presence in both the residential and commercial pest control markets.
