In her new role, Prabha will oversee the HRBP function globally and align it with the company’s strategic goals for significant growth. Bringing 21 years of experience in various HR domains, including Business HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Integration, and Talent Acquisition, Prabha is well-versed in policy integration and operational challenges related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Prior to her new role, Prabha served Wipro for over a decade, holding multiple leadership positions, her last role being General Manager & Head HR CIS. Her career also includes stints at SAP Labs, Hewlett Packard, and PeopleOne Consulting. Prabha holds a Master of Arts from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service, and a Bachelor of Science from Patna Science College.
