Gambit Corporate Finance has announced the elevation of two key staff members, Simon Marsden and Sam Forman, to partner roles effective July. This milestone follows Gambit’s record year in 2023, during which the firm executed transactions worth £400 million. Established in 1992 and headquartered in Cardiff, Gambit is a mid-market corporate finance advisory firm that managed 19 significant fundraising and M&A deals in the past year. Mr. Marsden, an ICAEW fellow who joined the firm in 2002, specializes in business services and disposals. Mr. Forman, with the firm since 2015, leads Gambit’s relationship with Corporate Finance International (CFI). Both new partners expressed excitement about contributing to the firm’s future growth. The firm was also recognized by Thomson Reuters as a top M&A advisor in Europe and globally for deals valued up to £200 million.
