HouseWorks Holdings, a leading personal care services provider, has announced its acquisition of the Connecticut Personal Care Division from AccordCare, marking its entry into the Connecticut market. This division includes the brands Companions and Homemakers, LLC, and Companions Forever, LLC. Together, they form the largest provider of Medicaid home care services in Connecticut. This is HouseWorks’ fifth acquisition under its partnership with InTandem Capital, aimed at expanding high-quality personal care services. The move is viewed as a significant step in HouseWorks’ strategy to improve home healthcare delivery across diverse communities.
