The merger aims to expand Applexus’ presence in the UK and Europe. Absoft has been a prominent SAP partner since 1991, providing S/4HANA, HCM/SuccessFactors, and public cloud solutions. The combined entity is expected to offer comprehensive services across S/4HANA, analytics, cloud, and other advanced SAP technologies. This merger would create a globally competitive SAP service provider operating in sectors such as retail, fashion, consumer goods, logistics, and public sector industries across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Applexus’ CeleRITE platform will integrate Absoft’s DATAMA solution to automate and optimize data migration, significantly benefiting clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
