The acquisition enhances Ness’ data offerings for its Fortune 1000 clients by incorporating Intricity’s strategic partnerships with Snowflake and Databricks. Zinnov, a global management consulting and strategy advisory firm, served as the exclusive financial advisor for the acquisition. Both companies anticipate significant synergies, particularly in the areas of data strategy and advisory services. Ness’ CEO Ranjit Tinaikar expressed enthusiasm for the merger, emphasizing the opportunity to provide greater value to clients.
