The acquisition will make 3S Northumbria a wholly-owned subsidiary of ExoAnalytic Solutions. This move aims to enhance commercial space situational awareness capabilities, particularly for the UK Government and allied entities. Through its extensive network of telescopes and advanced software, ExoAnalytic Solutions provides real-time tracking and analytics on objects in orbit. By integrating 3S Northumbria’s innovative approaches, ExoAnalytic aims to strengthen its presence in the UK and Europe, offer an expanded range of services, and improve data sharing and operational coordination. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
