Mediktor, a prominent digital healthcare company, has announced its acquisition of Sensely, a San Francisco-based digital healthcare provider. This merger consolidates two leading AI-driven healthcare solutions providers, expanding Mediktor’s reach to over 35 countries, including significant growth in the U.S. The new entity will leverage complementary technologies to improve efficiencies and reduce costs in healthcare systems, including Mediktor’s AI medical assistant. The acquisition also incorporates educational healthcare content from the Mayo Clinic, which will now hold a Board observer seat. Notably, MTIP, a Swiss-based growth equity firm, and Aliath Bioventures, a venture capital firm, have supported this acquisition and Mediktor’s overall strategic direction. With Sensely’s co-founder Adam Odessky taking over as Chief Product Officer, Mediktor is positioned to enhance patient engagement and offer comprehensive technology solutions globally.
