The acquisition also incorporates educational healthcare content from the Mayo Clinic, which will now hold a Board observer seat. Notably, MTIP, a Swiss-based growth equity firm, and Aliath Bioventures, a venture capital firm, have supported this acquisition and Mediktor’s overall strategic direction.
