The strategic acquisition aims to enhance Channable’s footprint in the Nordic countries, reinforcing its existing stronghold in the Benelux market. All current WakeupData employees will remain, operating from a new branch in Aarhus, Denmark, marking Channable’s first physical office in the region. This merger, in the works for six months, promises to fortify the combined company’s market leadership in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Through this acquisition, Channable hopes to leverage WakeupData’s local expertise and personalized service with its advanced technology and global reach, ultimately benefiting both new and existing clients by improving product data quality and market connections.
