Mindgruve and Macarta, two leading independent agencies, have officially merged into a single brand, MindgruveMacarta. This newly formed entity will leverage their combined expertise in performance marketing, retail media, and analytics to offer integrated services. With over 300 employees across seven global offices, MindgruveMacarta aims to serve a broad client base that includes Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, Colgate-Palmolive, DuPont, Sony, Mattel, 3M, and Wrangler. The merger brings together the capabilities of both companies to provide advanced media mix modeling, cross-platform attribution, and in-depth data science to clients. Chad Robley, former CEO of Mindgruve, will lead the combined entity as Chairman and CEO, while Mike Hodges, former CEO of Macarta, will serve as President.
