Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has successfully sold its portfolio company Balcke-Dürr Nuklear Service GmbH to Cyclife Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of EDF Group. Balcke-Dürr Nuklear Service, incorporated in 2018, specializes in nuclear decommissioning and engineering services. This sale aligns with the NEM Energy Group’s strategy to focus on heat transfer technology equipment supply. Cyclife Germany, headquartered in Hannover, aims to boost its market position in Germany with this acquisition, extending its service offerings in nuclear decommissioning.
