Wendel, a leading European investment firm, through its Wendel Growth investment arm, has acquired a minority stake in cybersecurity company YesWeHack with an equity investment of €14.5 million. The investment was made in collaboration with other investors including Adelie, Seventure Partners, Eiffel Investment Group, Open CNP, and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. YesWeHack, a platform that connects organizations with ethical hackers to identify and fix vulnerabilities, has a strong presence in France and Singapore and serves clients in over 50 countries. The new funding aims to boost customer satisfaction and development of innovative cybersecurity solutions. Antoine Izsak, Head of Growth Equity at Wendel, highlighted the increasing importance of bug bounty programs for companies facing cyber threats.
