Cadent, LLC, a platform-based converged TV advertising solutions provider and a portfolio company of North American private equity firm Novacap, has completed its acquisition of AdTheorent Holding Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADTH), a machine learning-driven programmatic advertising firm, for $3.21 per share in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at $324 million. As a result, AdTheorent’s common stock has ceased trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
