(NYSE:CBRE), a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments, has announced the acquisition of Angus Consulting Management Limited (ACML), a prominent facilities management (FM) technical services provider based in Canada. Founded in 1970 and headquartered in Toronto, ACML specializes in managing highly technical facilities, including airports, data centers, commercial offices, educational institutions, and hospitals. With a robust team of over 350 skilled FM professionals, ACML delivers a comprehensive range of hard FM services such as mechanical and electrical maintenance, HVACR, and asset preventative maintenance and replacement. ACML will become part of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, significantly bolstering CBRE’s technical services capabilities across Canada. The acquisition aligns with CBRE’s mission to provide an integrated suite of technical FM services. Gavin Jones, president of Americas GWS | Local at CBRE, highlighted that the acquisition will expand CBRE’s reach and self-delivery capabilities in the technical services domain.
