The Council of Ministers of Spain has officially approved the creation of the Social Impact Fund (FIS) as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR). This fund will be managed by COFIDES (Compañía Española de Financiación del Desarrollo) and will operate with a budget of €400 million. The primary aim of the FIS is to support social impact projects that align with the objectives of the PRTR, contributing to Spain’s economic recovery post-pandemic while achieving broader social objectives.
