FPE Capital LLP has announced the promotion of Harriet Hunt and Claire Sweet to the role of Investment Director, a move that highlights the firm’s commitment to developing talent within its investment team. Harriet joined FPE in 2019 from PwC’s Corporate Finance team, focusing on transactions within the Financial Services and Fintech sectors. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in the exits of companies like Questionmark, Masstech, and Sohonet, as well as investments in Kallik, Dynamic Planner, Egress, and NoBlue2. Claire, who came on board in 2021 from KPMG’s TMT M&A Advisory team, has made significant contributions to portfolio companies like Codestone, Togetherall, and 60 Decibels, as well as GAT and Vanda. Both promotions underscore FPE Capital’s strategic focus on the software and services sector and its long-term vision for growth. The promotions also come on the heels of FPE successfully closing its third fund, FPE Fund III, at £185 million and completing the first six investments from this fund.
