Tevalis, a Hull-based provider of electronic point of sale (EPOS) solutions for the leisure and hospitality sector, has secured an investment of £11.5 million from BGF. Operating in over 2,000 sites with customers such as Village Hotels and Ben & Jerry’s, Tevalis integrates various business modules into its platform. Founded in 2005, the company has grown to over £8 million in annual sales, with aspirations of tripling recurring revenues in the next 3-5 years. The investment will support sales and marketing, product development, and international expansion. As part of the funding, Rob Caul, an experienced board-level executive, joins Tevalis as non-executive chair. This deal was led by Rob Johnson and James Baker of BGF’s Yorkshire and North East team.
