Jeel, a leading provider of educational and entertainment (edutainment) digital content for children, adolescents, parents, and educators, has announced the closure of a seven-digit dollar seed funding round led by Razm Investments and a group of angel investors. The investment will help Jeel expand its operations in the Saudi Arabian and Gulf markets, enhance its presence in the B2B and B2G sectors, and develop its application with advanced features and new languages. The funding will also accelerate the launch of a comprehensive e-commerce platform to support the app. Jeel’s Founder and CEO, Ahmed Sobeih, emphasized that the funding reflects the confidence in the company’s vision and its ability to innovate in the educational content industry. This investment follows previous funding from EdVentures, one of the largest venture investment companies in educational projects in the Middle East.
