Zedify, the UK’s largest cargo bike delivery network, has secured a £4 million investment from Mercia Ventures, along with Barclays Sustainable Impact Capital and Green Angel Ventures, to support its expansion into more cities across the UK. The capital injection will facilitate the launch of a new Midlands hub later this year, enhancement of technology, and significant growth in staff, including creating 80 new jobs. This funding follows a £5 million investment in March 2023, which helped Zedify significantly grow its team and onboard national brands. Zedify aims to triple its turnover and operate in 51 towns and cities within the next five years, aligning with its mission to provide sustainable last-mile deliveries. This highlights the growing trend of investment in green logistics solutions.
