London-based B2B sales startup trumpet has raised £5 million in seed funding to advance its innovative sales platform. Founded by Nick Telson, Andrew Webster, and Rory Sadler, trumpet aims to revolutionize the B2B sales cycle by shifting from outdated PDF decks and email chains to personalized, data-driven microsites known as Pods. The platform uses APIs, no-code tools, and templates to enable sales professionals to create these Pods quickly, integrate chat functionality, and leverage AI-powered analytics for better engagement tracking and content effectiveness. The startup, which has already attracted more than 10,000 users and 250+ paying customers, plans to use the new investment to expand into the U.S. market and further integrate AI into its platform. The funding round was led by AlbionVC with participation from Gridcog, Treefera, Lightbird Ventures, Anamcara Capital, and Triple Point Ventures.
