The Gainesville, FL-based SNG Pavement Marking has been a leader in asphalt and parking lot maintenance for over 40 years, offering services such as sealcoating, thermoplastic application, and striping. Atlantic Southern, based in Sunrise, FL, has extensive experience in asphalt paving and maintenance. The acquisition, facilitated by Generational Group’s M&A division, closed on July 3, 2024. Alex Mironov and his team played key roles in completing the transaction. This strategic move aims to drive growth and innovation for both companies.
