White & Case LLP, an international law firm, has advised the founders of Brands for Less (BFL) on the sale of 35% of its shares to The TJX Companies, Inc. The transaction, valued at US$360 million, brings the enterprise value of BFL to US$1.2 billion. BFL, a leading off-price retailer in the Middle East, operates over 100 stores across seven regional markets. This deal marks a significant milestone for both companies, enabling TJX, a major global off-price retailer, to expand its footprint into fast-growing consumer markets in the Middle East. The transaction was led by White & Case’s extensive team, including prominent names such as Marcus Booth and Roger Gaspard.
