Papé Material Handling, Inc., a fourth-generation family-owned leader in capital equipment, announced its acquisition of Fork Lift Specialties, Inc. (FSI Equipment) effective August 23, 2024. This strategic acquisition aims to leverage FSI’s longstanding presence in the material handling industry and expand Pape’s offerings and reach. Established in 1986, FSI Equipment has been a distinguished Yale dealer west of the Mississippi. Mike Fitzgerald, the owner for 31 years, expressed enthusiasm about the merger’s potential to enhance customer service and continue FSI’s legacy. Former FSI customers will now have access to Pape’s wide range of forklifts and other material handling equipment. The Fresno FSI store will be rebranded as a Pape Rents location.
