Panoramic Growth Equity (PGE) has supported the management buyout (MBO) of Full Circle Events & Exhibitions Limited and sister company, Psycho Peacock Limited. The MBO, backed by Shawbrook Bank, was led by a buy-out team of twelve employees, including CEO Steve Comar and CFO Sarah Green. Full Circle, founded in 2013 by Steve Barratt and Helenya Jones, provides end-to-end exhibition services and has rebounded strongly post-pandemic, now serving major event organizers and venues in the UK and Europe. The investment marks the fifth from Panoramic’s SME Fund 3. Advisors on the transaction included Snowball Group for corporate finance, Weightmans for legal advice to Panoramic, Gunnercooke for Shawbrook’s legal matters, and SAS Daniels for management legal advisement.
