Greenberg Traurig has advised Axpo Polska in a power purchase agreement (PPA) with RWE Renewables Poland. According to the details released, Axpo Polska will purchase all the electricity generated by RWE’s Polish plants in 2024 and 2025. These plants have a total installed capacity of 628 megawatts and produce approximately 1,500 gigawatt-hours of electricity annually. This is the second significant PPA advisory role played by Greenberg Traurig for Axpo Polska in 2024, following their earlier involvement in a similar agreement with DIF Capital Partners.
