Known for their adept recruitment campaigns in venture capital and private equity sectors, Blair West plans to use this investment to solidify its repositioning as an executive search and finance recruitment business. The funding will also support team expansion and technological advancements aimed at enhancing their service offerings. The funding round was led by the North East Innovation Fund, supported by the European Regional Development Fund and managed by Northstar Ventures. Both David Blair, CEO of Blair West, and Naomi Allen Seales, Investment Manager at Northstar Ventures, expressed strong optimism about the future collaboration and growth opportunities.
