James Cowper Kreston’s Corporate Finance team, led by Brad McAvoy and Nikul Patel, provided financial and tax due diligence for Panoramic Growth Equity (PGE) in the management buyout (MBO) of Full Circle Events & Exhibitions Limited and Psycho Peacock Limited. Founded in 2009, PGE invests in UK-based companies with strong growth potential. Full Circle, established by Steve Barratt and Helenya Jones in 2013, offers end-to-end event exhibition services and in-house graphics through Psycho Peacock. Despite pandemic challenges, the Group has rebounded strongly and now serves major event organizers across the UK and Europe.
