MedRisk, a leader in managed physical rehabilitation in workers’ compensation, has finalized the acquisition of the Casualty Claims Solutions business, including Strataware products and services, from Conduent Incorporated. This acquisition, rebranded as StrataCare, will enhance MedRisk’s portfolio and capabilities in care and cost management solutions for workers’ compensation and auto insurance carriers. CEO Sri Sridharan and StrataCare President Beth Fritts emphasize the synergy and innovation this merger brings.
