Founded in 1965 in Osaka, Nissho provides a wide range of packaging solutions, including glass and plastic containers, to sectors like food & beverage, beauty, personal care, and healthcare. This acquisition marks Berlin Packaging’s entry into the Japanese market, expanding its presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Both companies aim to enhance their customer and supplier relationships through this strategic partnership.
