Greenvolt Group, through its subsidiary Greenvolt Power, has agreed to sell a 153 MWp solar photovoltaic portfolio located across various regions in Italy to Nuveen Infrastructure for €18.7 million. The portfolio consists of 19 projects that will be delivered between 2024 and 2025, aligning with Greenvolt’s asset rotation strategy. Greenvolt specializes in developing projects up to the Ready to Build (RTB) stage, providing a competitive advantage in the renewable energy market. Nuveen Infrastructure’s Verdian IPP, which already has a renewable energy portfolio exceeding 7.6 GW, will integrate these assets. Greenvolt, supported by Green Horse, aims to sell more than 500 MWp within the year, with their overall pipeline reaching 8.6 GW by the end of Q1 2024. The Greenvolt Group continues to operate in the Distributed Generation segment and generates clean energy through various means in 17 countries.
