Gimv, alongside the founders and management, is selling its stake in Mega International to Bizzdesign. Backed by Main Capital, the new business combination aims to establish a leading position in enterprise architecture and digital transformation. Mega International, which has grown significantly under Gimv’s guidance since 2016, will form a significant part of the newly created entity. This deal, pending regulatory approvals, positions the group for accelerated global growth. Financial details have not been disclosed.
