British IT services group Redcentric is in talks to sell the company, working with financial adviser Lazard, according to sources. Redcentric, which is valued at £208 million, has reportedly attracted interest from several private equity firms. The company has previously attempted a sale in 2020. Redcentric, listed on the AIM market since 2013, has shown notable revenue growth driven by acquisitions such as 4D Data Centres and Sungard.
