British IT services group Redcentric is in talks to sell the company, working with financial adviser Lazard, according to sources. Redcentric, which is valued at £208 million, has reportedly attracted interest from several private equity firms. The company has previously attempted a sale in 2020. Redcentric, listed on the AIM market since 2013, has shown notable revenue growth driven by acquisitions such as 4D Data Centres and Sungard. This move comes amid escalating M&A activities in the IT services sector.
