This new enterprise aims to revolutionize the AI sector, leveraging investments up to $1 billion backed by commercial real estate assets. Blackout Technologies will focus on multiple sectors including medical research, cybersecurity, and consumer brands. Frederic Sealey, LPG’s Chief Strategy Officer, along with Brian Winters and other executives will guide the initiative.
