Reporting to LAM CEO Evan Russo, Berman will be responsible for driving the firm’s go-to-market strategy and leading business-critical initiatives. Her addition is a strategic move to bolster LAM’s growth and product launch efforts. Russo expressed confidence in Berman’s ability to set and achieve strategic objectives. Berman has a 15-year tenure at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where she most recently led the go-to-market strategy for tools on the E*Trade platform.
